Search for new stellar sources of gamma-rays.

We report the present status of our search for gamma-ray binaries,microquasars and new kinds of gamma-ray source associated tostar forming regions in the Galaxy. The search is being carried outusing cross-identification techniques applied to to public databases andarchives. A few promising candidates have been so far identified.These include the emission line star VES 737 and the central cluster of theMonoceros R2 star forming region. The observational data supportingthe proposed associations is presented and discussed.
