Proceedings

Update December 9th, 2013: The proceedings of the conference are now published online in EPJ Web of Conferences, vol 61.

The Conference Proceedings will be published in EPJ Web of Conferences, who will provide open online access and will index them on the ADS.

Preparing your manuscript

In order to prepare your manuscript please follow the instructions for authors provided by EPJ Web of Conferences.

Contributions should be prepared using the LaTeX2e guidelines and macropackage available via anonymous ftp from the ftp server: ftp://ftp.edpsciences.org/pub/web-conf.

When typesetting your article plase use the document class options "epj" and "twocolumn" by using the LaTeX header "\documentclass[epj,twocolumn]{webofc}" and the title of the conference by using "\woctitle{The Innermost Regions of Relativistic Jets and Their Magnetic Fields}", as indicated in the header of the template file included in the LaTeX macropackage. Paper size should be A4 (2 columns).

Submitting your article

Please note that you should submit the resulting print-ready PDF file of your contribution, not the LaTeX file. Before making your PDF, please also check the EPJ Web of Conferences PDF guidelines.

Articles should be submitted to the conference email.

Copyright and license agreement

Author(s) retain the copyright of the article under the Creative Commons Attribution license, as indicated in the copyright information of EPJ Web of Conferences.

Please fill the license agreement and return it to the conference email.

Deadline

Please submit the print-ready PDF of your contribution to the conference email before September 10, 2013.
